"Did anyone else have really slow shipping?"
I was excited to get my order, but the delivery took way longer than I expected. Maybe it was just my experience, but I’m curious if other people had the same issue with shipping being this slow

I had a good feeling when I ordered from sweetbath.co, and my instinct was right. The package showed up sooner than I thought it would, and everything was in great shape. The box was tidy, nothing was leaking, crushed, or messy, and the items were wrapped well without being excessive. Everything looked clean and brand new when I opened it. no complaints at all.

"Showed Up Right on Time"
My order arrived when they said it would, and the box was in good shape. there wasn’t anything to complain about. Some of the extra tracking updates felt a little unnecessary, but overall it was a smooth delivery

"Checkout was such a hassle"
I was just trying to order a bath set, but the checkout kept freezing on me and my cart randomly emptied twice. The payment page was confusing too, and after all that I never even got a clear confirmation email. I reached out for help and it felt like I just got a copy-paste support reply that didn’t really answer anything. it was way more annoying than it needed to be, and I don’t think I’ll bother ordering again.

"Return was slower than I expect"
I order a bath panel and once it arrived, it just wasn’t right for the space. I asked about sending it back, but getting proper return details took a couple emails and it feel like more effort than it needed to be.
The refund did come through in the end, but only after I chased them up. It wasn’t a complete disaster, just slow and kind of annoying when it should have been simple.
